These Terms of Service govern your use of the Gut Lens mobile application and related services operated by Four Integers Ltd.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Gut Lens provides tools, some of them AI-powered, to help individuals manage IBS, including:

• A 4-week trigger plan that tests one suspect food each week, with a daily check-in and a result for each food
• Meal photo and restaurant menu analysis, with FODMAP information
• Meal, symptom and bowel logging, including by voice
• Calm Gut guided relaxation and breathing sessions
• Fern, an in-app guide whose notes are generated with AI
• Weekly meal plans and recipes built around your triggers
• A report of your results that you can share with your doctor
• A nearby public toilet finder
• Guides and food information about IBS and the FODMAP diet

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or impersonate others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI algorithms

Your health information is protected under our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• You consent to the collection and processing of your health data
• Our AI analysis is based on general patterns and may not be accurate for your specific situation
• You will not rely solely on our Service for medical decisions
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide

Some features require a paid subscription:

• Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the App Store or Google Play
• Where a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before
• Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are handled according to app store policies
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Four Integers Ltd and its licensors.

You retain ownership of the personal data you provide, but grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

• AI analysis results are estimates and may not be 100% accurate
• Results from your trigger plan are based on your own check-ins and are not a diagnosis
• We are not responsible for health decisions made based on our Service
• The Service should not replace professional medical advice
• We do not guarantee specific health outcomes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Four Integers Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We will delete your account data according to our Privacy Policy
• You may export your data before account termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
